A gymnast who posted a challenge on her Instagram page has left others believing they would have to break their own legs to complete it successfully.
Jax Kranitz posted the video with the caption ‘new flex challenge’, which went viral as it racked up more than a quarter of a million views.
The rules are simple: lie face down on the floor with your hands behind your back.
Then simply stand up without rolling on to your side or your back. Sounds easy, right?
While most of us would probably faceplant the floor in an attempt to tuck our knees under our body, Jax goes about it another way.
